Climbing is for everyBODY

Jamie on a 8b route in Geyikbayırı, still a project for him. But this dude had a couple of belly surgeries and a pretty fucked up hip. You still think that climbing is to hard for your body?

Climbing is a very heavy duty for your body, therefore every couple of days you need to take a rest. And every couple of weeks in Turkey you may go to local hamam. Traditional Turkish bath, sauna and massaging spot. When it goes to climbing in Geyikbayırı, the closest hamam is in Antalya. Yeah, you can pick a place with beautiful turkish girls massaging your body (sorry haven’t heard a bout a happy ending possibility here) but I recommend you something different. Sefa hamam – a hamam where an old turkish bloke will give you a massage. Sure he won’t be as pleasant for your eyes, as the young female. But he will certainly give you a better massage, cause he is a very strong motherfucker.

If you’ll visit Turkey in the autumn, pomegrenades will be widely available. In Geykbayiri camps, they grow everywhere so you have a great source of truly natural fruits for free. Remember to eat only the seeds –  the best fruits, are the ones, which are already cracked. You should break it with your hand (using knife is not the best solution) and put out all the precious seeds. And that’s it – ready to eat. Full of vitamins and other goodies 🙂

Geyikbayiri – something different
